Just some helpful information and frequently asked questions when you are renting one of our guest houses:

We are a non-smoking facility.

As of now, we do not have any houses that are pet-friendly.

We do not allow parties at the houses unless specifically discussed with owners.

We do not allow bachelorette or bachelor parties. 

We have a  2 night minimum, and 3 nights over holidays and summer months. 4 nights over Thanksgiving and must include the night before and after Thanksgiving day. 5 nights over Christmas and must include Christmas and Christmas Eve. 

We try to avoid Sunday check-ins when possible to give our cleaners that day off. We do make exceptions, so please ask us for more info.

We collect 50% upfront to reserve your stay, and the remainder 15 days before arrival.

We will email you prior to your stay with check-in instructions and the code to get into the house. 

We have a 30 day cancellation policy for a full refund.
